One tenant, two ladders

Matric and O Level, side by side

A school running a national stream and a Cambridge stream runs both in one CampusFlo tenant — separate ladders, separate grading, one student record.

Configuration, never a fork

A profile sets the level ladder, term structure, grading scheme, attendance model and the vocabulary itself. Every value stays editable afterwards.

College management system — streams, subject combinations, board exams

Intermediate, sixth form, further education and community colleges: subject combinations rather than fixed classes, awarding-body entries, and part-time or adult learners.

What differs from a school

A college is not a school with older students. These four differences are the ones that break school-shaped software.

Combinations, not classes

A student picks FSc Pre-Medical, ICS or A Level options. Timetables and exams resolve per student, not per class.

Teaching sets

Students come together from several groups for one subject, and their timetable merges the two.

Board and awarding bodies

Registration lists, candidate numbers, centre details and result imports for BISE, FBISE or Cambridge.

Adult and part-time learners

Rolling intake, partial timetables and attendance patterns that do not assume a full week.

Questions from colleges

Does it handle subject combinations properly?
Yes. Option blocks define what a student may pick and how many, choices are captured per student, and both the timetable and the examination date sheet resolve at student level — which is what catches a clash a class-level system would miss.
Can we enter students for board examinations from it?
Board registration lists and candidate entries are configurable exports per board, with a validation screen before submission. Results can be imported afterwards and compared against internal predictions.
We run evening classes as well. Is that supported?
Shifts are part of the campus setup, so morning and evening run on one campus with their own timetables, staff assignments and attendance patterns.
